Adware, junk extensions keep coming back

Hey guys, I've been trying to get another computer in the house clean, and to no avail... some adware extensions in chrome keep on coming back and keep on reinstalling themselves. Every time it comes back, I uncheck the extension and click remove, I've run adware cleaner multiple times, I've run ccleaner, and of course malwarebytes quick scan. The adware in question is the usual junk, "ads remover" and stuff like that. It pops up in new tabs with a dialogue box saying "your computer is infected, download this program, yada yada".

I will return in a post with logs from all the stuff you need.

Reset Chrome completely to defaults, then uninstall and reinstall Chrome.

Run Junkware Removal Tool and SUPERAntiSpyware.

Somethingis starting up. I would run Autoruns and see what that was. Could be a script.
