Hey y'all,
My budget is around $550. I'm looking for a laptop that can handle light to medium video editing. I'm an actor/director who is looking to film his own projects. The stories I'm looking to tell are simple from an effects standpoint, so I won't need anything powerful enough to make the next Star Wars.
I'm not exactly a savant when it comes to tech, so I'm open to suggestions. I take Amazon reviews with a grain of salt, since some of those are bought off. Which is why I'm reaching out to a community of honest, informed techies who can give me some recommendations.
Gaming is a part of my life from time to time. So if I can get something that can provide both at a serviceable level, that's a plus.
