after installing water cooling i relized this about my incoming crossfire...

I just installed my coolit cpu cooler and will be getting my second 5770 to crossfire tomorrow.

well, on my motherboard I used the top of the three blue slots for my video card.

between the middle and bottom one it says... "SLI crossfirex."
When crossfireing... will i have to use the bottom two blue slots?

reason im asking is because I am unable to fit a 5770 card on the bottom slot because the power supply is in the way.

I would only be able to fit it in the top and middle blue slots

awesome, thanks. i assumed that the white smaller slots were used for sound cards and what not.

making sure I dont run into any problems tommorrow

The bottom slot is just a X4 slot.

Support for ATI CrossFireX™/NVIDIA SLI technology Technology (The PCIEX16_1 and PCIEX8_1 slots only.)

Slots 1 and 2 run at 8/8 in SLI/CF
