After some advice on builds. the sooner the better for ordering

Hi,
I'm doing a job for a company and need to get a server and 5 computers to hook up to the server. They mainly want them to send emails, and to do up invoices etc. So I'm thinking this workstation and this server. Will they do?

Will need monitors and keyboard mouse so if there is better with a bundle cheaper that would be good.
