I can get to 4% in AOE2 and it is installing something like lgbrite.itf and it doesn't go further and the hard drive is not making a sound nor the CD Drive. Any help??

try emailing the AO2 companies with the error see what they say other than that i cant help you
 
If all you needed was that file I could send it to you, but I dont think that would work because you would need to find a way to replace the file on the CD with the new one. Since the game is old maybe you can just copy the files to a new CD and burn it.

I have an option in Sonic RecordNow! that makes an exact copy from the D drive to E drive. Would this work? This is perfectly legal, I do have two copies of the game and both discs get to this part and stop installation.

The problem I see with that is it will either fail, or it wont copy that file because it could be corrupt from scratches on the disc. But theres no harm in trying, just make sure to run it at the slowest speed possible for the best chance of success.

I forgot about that, thanks for reminding. I have the game installed on my Dell PC in the other room. Could that help?
 
Guys please remember that copying any sort of copyrighted material, including old games that you can't purchase anywhere anymore is illegal, and therefore not acceptable on these forums. Thread closed.
