agp express

Not in the same slot no. If you look at the pic you will see an orange PCIe 16x slot on the left and an orange AGP slot two slots to the right with a purple sticker on it. I don't think it will be able to run both at the same time either but you never know until you try and something fries (or doesn't :D).
 
But MSI had a nice card on some big-show-thingy that was PCI-E and AGP compatible, PCI-E on one side to connect with and AGP on the other side for an AGP slot.
 
i think its a good question with regards to having an agp card and PCI express card working together because the latest nvidia drivers allow you to do SLI without the bridge in place; i dont think it would break anything by having two different cards in there as it would be the same as having an agp card with a pci one along side as a secondary adaptor.
