Agpcdq.sys...wont Start!

Hi,

I got a new laptop on Wednesday, and last night, it turned itself off when I was using Windows Live Messenger.

Now, it says its doing some FAT32 scan, and whenever it gets to AGPCDQ.sys, it stalls, and wont go any further.

It runs this FAT32 thing, tells me how much space I have, then doesnt do much else...

What has happened?! My laptop is 2 days old!


Any answers or advice would be appreciated. Lots. Thanks!

dont do anything take it back and get it replaced

Thing is, its from Tesco...will there be any implications?!

i dont understand if its faulty then they are legally obligated to replace it
