aim vista perrmision problem

i Downloaded an older version of aim. then now when i try to delet it it wont let me delet it, it makes sure you want to do that, then it says you need permision to delet it, what is a way around this?

Try going to control panel, then on the left click "classic view", user accounts, then turn "user account control" (off)
