AirPort Express Problems

On my new Macbook 13.3'', the wireless was fantastic to start with, much faster bandwidth then my old Dell. However, just lately, it keeps randomly disconnecting from webpages, and is generally quite sluggish. I thought they're maybe a virus if i was on a PC, but as it's a Mac i'm not sure, any ideas?

Sorry, i didn't realize the AirPort express is a wireless router. I'm having problems with the built in AirPort card in my Macbook Aluminum, it randomly disconnects, and it's very annoying as you can imagine. I've done a little research, and it seems a fairly common problem, but no one has seemed to fix it, including Apple. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

It's a Netgear 54Mbps Wireless ADSL Modem Router DG834G v3

It's from my broadband provider in the UK, AOL.
