Why would you need a new heatsink? They use, on any card regardless of manufacturer or GPU, an HSF that will keep the card cool at stock clockings, and usually at light to moderate overclockings. Unless you're going to heavily overclock it, or you keep a brazier in your computer (not recommended at all), you should be just fine.
 
I'm changing the heatsink on my 9800 Pro that I just got, it overclocks well with the stock heatsink, but I push all my hardware to the limit. So if you want to overclock a lot, you should get it, but if you don't, don't bother.
