All new parts but old tower...

I plan on building my first computer with the help of my buddy (who is more computer friendly than I am but showing me how.)

I have this case from my old rig

Ive had it for about 3 yrs. I didnt want to have to buy a new case since i like this one so much. Im just having a problem knowing which and what kind of mobos will fit my case.

I plan on going with this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131013

Will this fit my tower.


And also I know a bit about computers. On my system now ive installed all the memory, optical drives, and video card. I have my buddy who knows a bit and plenty of magazines on building gaming rigs. Is it really hard to buld your own machine????

It is not hard at all.
 
So when I look at mobo's and cases, to match them up I just look up their form factor since both are ATX???

And thanks again for the help all :)




Also since im buying a Nvidia chipset mobo with SLI will ATI fully work in a single card config on this mobo without issues? I dont plan on buying dual nvidia cards till dx10. Right now im thinking of just getting a x1800xt till the new nvidia dx10 cards come out. Will Ati still work well with this mobo?
