all of a sudden

I can't do bill pay on my laptop any more. I spoke with the bank and the IT guys walked me through it several times but my computer wont let me do bill pay. Does anyone know why this would happen all of a sudden..?

That's very un-specific. What issue are you having? Error messages?

What web browser are you using? Have you done any general cleanup lately like run ccleaner or Malwarebytes to check for infections?

As above, what exactly happens when you try?

I'd check system time and date as a starting point since SSL/TLS will refuse a session if your clock is off.
