All the crappy CSS servers

ANyone know of a server that plays good maps ?
we should start are own and i would chip in $$

there are maps i want to play(stargate,matrix) but all servers play de dust shit maps.

and where can i download CSS maps that i dont have to use winzip, i dont want to buy winzip.
 
winzip is free... to try out. But trying it out works forever... Also windows has its own version. Just right click on the file, and extract.
