Allocating resources to one program

I recently built a touchscreen jukebox for my arcade room. I have an athlon 64 3200, 1gb pc3200, 320gb sata HD, and a 6600gt video card for the system. I know its overkill for just being a jukebox but most of those parts are leftover parts from an old system. The computer runs one jukebox program and thats basically it. It has AVG running in the background but its primary use is being a jukebox. My question is, is there a way I can allocate all resources of my computer to run this computer? I've already done the basics like defragging, removing stuff from startup with msconfig, and going into processes and setting the priority to high for that program. Anything else I can do to get maximum performance? I'm running Win XP SP2 if that makes a diff. Thanks

you can go into msconfig and then the services tab but be carefull what you stop. also setting programs to high priority in task manager will reset itself every time you reboot.
