alternate pdf reader

Hey, I was just wondering what the best pdf reader was other than adobe. Is there any better than adobe that are free?

The best one is adobe though. Also a good one is foxit reader.

The best alternative and it's not bloated like Adobe, also integrates into browser and is fast.

+1 for foxit. If all you need to do is read pdfs go with that. It runs light and I've yet to have a problem with it.

+1 thats what i use,Sometimes Adobe starts up slow,especialy if the PDF file your opening is quite big with alot of pages.....but Foxit is fast.

+1 foxit Reader.

I use it on all of my machines. and anytime I set up a new pc or laptop or re-install for a customer they get foxit.

I would have to try that out sometime (foxit) I dont really have a problem with adobe reader though.

Adobe Reader is pretty resource heavy. It works fine, but I suggest you try FoxIt, and just see how much faster it is.

i guess your right about the resources, i dont deal with too many pdf's to care i guess. ill install it on my netbook.
