DDR2 512ram
maxtor 250GB HDD
dvd burner
CD burner
19" CRT monitor sumsung 950B i think

and BTW i live in canada

Yeah thats probably a good price. It does have a 19" monitor, but thats crt so not that good. I reckon try to sell it for a little bit more. as it has a 250 gb HD and a decent graphics card. Ask for $400 but go down if nesecary.

I would jump all over that system for 350 canadian dollar, assuming it has a decent case :) you should ask for a bit more.

could probably get more then 400 with it in that case.

can't really say i can name a good price sicne i don't care about case appearence. but theres lots of people who do.

It depends where you're trying to sell it. Here, that's about a high to average price, because people prefer to build it themselves, but if you find the right sap at your work or school, you could probably get $600 or more out of it.

Yeah, some people will think it's a mad crazy gaming rig just by looks alone.
They won't know what the hell an AMD 3200+ is.
Or they'll assume it means 3.2Ghz.
So you can probably get at least 400-500 out of it I say :]
We sell rigs like that (except with an AMD 3500+) at walmart for $648 [american], and people buy those things like crazy.
(and they use onboard gfx)

taking advantage of the computer illiterate is how the big businesses make money of computers :P

make the pc sound great, and somebody who is computer illiterate will pay alot for it.
its how the big companies sell computers for $2,000 when they can sometimes be built from sites like newegg.com for under $1,000

i guess the best thing you could do is to price all the stuff at a site like newegg.com or a similer canadian site, then increase it by %50 or %75. you'll have about what a major computer manufacturer would sell it for.
