AM2 vs 939 build

ive decided to get this RAM

ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail at Newegg.com

it came with a cobo for the AM2 X2 4200+ so its $30 cheaper

and my build for the AM2 is under price and i have everything already

As long as you keep straight what a motherboard is, and the fact that you can't have SLI RAM.
