AM3 Heatsink choices?

I have decided on an AM3 CPU and it doesn't come with a heatsink/fan. Looking on newegg I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I am choosing options including AM3 but the pics of these don't show the clamps/brackets that a typical AM3 heatsink has. Also, some are compatible with multiple sockets. How does this work, where are the clamps, and can you recommend a heatsink/fan for AM3 that is $40 or less.

I will be using a Micro ATX Case and Motherboard if that makes a difference.

ive used this one myself, with varying results, it worked pretty well but is inadequate on 125W chips...but still for the money...steal

Search AM3 and then click "CPU fans and heatsinks" options to the left. All the coolers have instructions on how to install it on any kind of socket.

keep in mind, this is a MICRO atx case, so tall heatsinks may not fit.

Reviews on other sites look good and I just really like this one. Will most likely be using AMD Phenom II X3 with no OC.

Some of the CPU coolers just seem so huge! It seems like a lot of them are meant for mid to full ATX cases and motherboards.
