I need to know if the thermal paste thats already on it out of the box good? I mean, should I scrape it off and get something else or should it be fine.

If you plan on just using the stock cooler than the stock paste is fine too. Something like arctic silver won't help with a stock cooler.

Just use the existing unless you are getting very high temps. What will you be using the computer for?

I would just use the existing paste unless you have high temps during gaming and unless the games are high demanding then they won't get high.

The stock cooler has that paste pre-applied because if you used after market stuff, it'd ooze out of the sides. The stock heatsink is flat on the bottom and the base is at the same level as some of the fins, so there's nothing keeping the TIM from oozing out the sides other than the amount and method of application.

Why wont arctic silver work on a stock cooler?

I didn't say it wouldn't work, I said it won't help. A stock cooler can only dissapate so much heat, and the stock paste is adequate in sending enough heat to the HSF, so using AS5 and transferring more heat to it won't help your CPU cool because the cooler itself is already maxxed out.
