I seriously doubt it would be playable if you maxed it out. The Sempron is not a very powerful processor.

Why in the world would you do that though? At least get an 8800GTS and buy an X2 with the money difference.

I seriously hope your not serious, if you are, then you're pretty dumb.

The Sempron will not play maxed out at decent fps with any of the newest, high-demand games, no matter what video card you have. The lowest you should consider is an Athlon 64.

oblivion is one of the most demanding games out there, it would take a high end CPU, gfx etc to max it out.....

still not sure what the point in this thread is yet as your not buying any of it, would it not be easier to ask what specs would be needed to max out oblivion!

jesus, you told us that you bought the dam thing already. It depends, most likely not, just save up until you get a CD2 and you can run what ever the hell you want.
