What about getting the newest from Intel like the I5 6500, gigabyte B150M-D3H motherboard and 8gb DDR4 2133 ram. Newer technology for about the same price.
Also, you don't want a generic power supply. Go with like a corsair or evga 500 watt psu so you can get a better video card later.

hey mate is the i5 6500 better then the 4460? for extra 50 bucks i can have the i5 6500 the place im buying from has it and extra 39$ includes the motherboard u said also so it be $723 this setup includes Intel Intergrated Graphics HD 530/550 watt generic power supply but can upgrade later

awesome mate and yea but cant afford good vid card right now gotta save more
I would get the latest technology just for upgradeability, you won't have to change motherboard and ram later. They are on par with each other, the 6500 is lower wattage so it will be cheaper to run then the 4460. It also has a higher turbo clock speed then the 4460.

if there roughly the same performance ill go the 4460 and put the money towards better vid card as for the power supply it says
