I will definately do so in the morning, and post results. Also, i have a ClawHammer core, are there any differences in temps from core to core... just out of curiosity?

Wow...

I just took apart my computer, cleaned off the Artic Silver 5, and reapplied it... No my idle temp is 42-43! I haven't tried it on load yet, but am very pleased with the 10*C drop just from reapplying it, and from what I've read, it only gets better after about 4 hours or so... For refference to anyone else who might want to know, I used about:

( ) < that much right in the middle of my CPU and just put the heatsink on top. Again vry pleased with results, and reccommend anyone doing this initially to drop CPU temps.

anyway... i fixed the problem.. mine is now running at 34-35 degrees idle with xp90 heatsink

A little off topic here, but I thought it would be better than making a new thread. What CPU fan would you all reccommend for a S-939? And if nothing else, would you reccommend HSF, water cooling, heatpipes...etc?
