I have a 754 3200+ and when i came to OC it in the bios under i think Frequencies is all you need for a great OC, for about 1 minute I had mine running at theoreticly 4 or so GHz though of course i did for only a second because my chip would fry if I did it any longer :)

i've had better overclocking success with my sempron 3100+ than i did with my current processor. however they are quite easy to overclock as long as you have the right motherboard... bear in mind you need to keep the HTT speed below 1000 Mhz

i have an amd 3200+ 754. depends on what mobo u have, just goto bios and up the speeds and voltages. also think about getting a better hsf if u still have stock

Therefore more caution needs to be taken OC'ing 939, but the problem here is the 754 which are not so hard to do.. depends on what mobo you have.
