He bought it about 2 months ago, but they are always having sales like that. Check their homepage often.

The FX-60 is lower then the X2 6000+ stock, since the FX-60 is clocked at 2.6Ghz, while the 6000+ is clocked at 3.0Ghz. However the FX-60 has unlocked multipliers, so it should overclock higher.

Yes, but the price of the barebones system was just a bit more then an E6600 itself
