It is faster than my current processor which is sufficient for my current needs. What type of Random Access Memory are you buying for it?

I think he means what brand like corsair,pny and speed..like is it 677 or 800mhz

If your not over clocking, then yes it will be ok. But if you are considering over clocking to the extreme, then you should really invest in a quality CPU fan.

Is there such thing as 'Heat Pads' now? Does it come with the processor? Or is there something else like 'Heat Pads'? If so, does that come with the processor?

If its a OEM it doesnt but the retail one does, they put thermal compound on the heatsink
