AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400 and AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200..is it worth to spend more?

im not sure which one to buy..i mean obviously the 4400 is faster and costs more but is it worth it?...i've looked at the specs and the only difference is the L2 Cache..4400 has 1mb while 4200 has 512kb..is it really worth it to spend $103 more?..thanks for any help

If you look at benchmarks, the 4400+ isnt a whole lot better.
