To justify my point:
Would you prefer an AMD 3200+ or an Intel Pentuim D 820?

AMD x2 3800+ = $345 (a few months ago)

Intel D 820 = app. $175 with the deal I got

AMD 3200+ = $152 (then)

yea, theyre not trying to fool you when they price them like that.
pay more money = get better performance
where the performance is... thats what you figure out --> dual core = better for multitasking.. single core = better for the price because the frequency is higher for the price

The 820 is normally $245
