AMD Athlon II X4 630 + HD 5770 Budget Build?

As the topic title says, I want to build a budget system based of te Athlon II X4 630, and a Radeon HD 5770, with a budget of $500-$600.

I'm not sure what mobo and ram to use. I would like DDR3, but I'm not quite sure if would be affordable with my budget of $500-$600.

When It comes to hard drives, I don't need anything more than 250GB for a primary drive, as I can always buy a external drive.

The operating system will be a big cost, but I could maybe go and use an Old Vista disc :(

The case should be a simple aluminum case. (I like the graphite color cases)
and if the case were to come with a PSU, I'm not sure how many watts it would need to be.

and at the time of me posting this topic, I am currently out of town until sunday afternoon.

EDIT: Will a Athlon II X4 630 and A HD 5770 good enough for editing HD video and Moderate gaming? I want the 5770 because it looks like a fairly decent card, and Should be able to play crysis on at least Medium-High settings? Am I right? I have no idea what the Req. for crysis are, because I don't play crysis. Modern Warfare 2 should at least be playable.

Im sorry dude, there is no way I can get a system set up for you under $600 with an operating system and your required specs =/ Could you settle for a tri core?

Here's what I came up with.

COOLER MASTER Elite, AMD Athlon II X4 620 Propus 2.6GHz , ASUS M4A77TD OR MSI 740GM-P25, SAPPHIRE 5770, CORSAIR 400W, CORSAIR 2GB 240-Pin DDR3, Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB, ASUS DVD Burner

I put two motherboards on there because I don't really know what you want in one. There is one 2gb stick of DDR3 so that later you can just add the other and have 4gb. I left off the OS because you said that you might have a Vista disk that you can use.

So total with Asus M4A77TD approx. $525
total with MSI 740GM-P25 approx. $495

let me know if you hate any of the parts and I'll try to find something else.

I Dislike the CPU, but reply back with how much more it would cost to use the 630. And how much it would cost to add another 2gb stick or two 2gb sticks together. In reality, it would cost about $800 no matter what I do.

The 630 is only about $3 more, but if you want 4 GB of ram that brings the price up about $20, and then you stilll have the $100 operating system... So it will be going over $600

That, and I need a monitor, mouse and keyboard. I like the microsoft mobile mouse 4000, and I'd probably get one of the logitech G series keyboards.

Well, if you also need a monitor mouse and keyboard, your price is going to be in the $720+ range.
 
Budget Quad-core, Radeon HD 5770 DDR3 system

Just like the title says. I want to build a budget quad-core system with a ATi Radeon HD 5770 and DDR3 RAM (4GB)

A 250GB HDD is just fine, And All I'm asking for is a Mid Tower case like these:

Antec VSK-2000
Thermaltake V9

Not sure how many watts the PSU would need to be. My Budget is $600, but with The Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor, and OS, it will probably be $800.
