AMD Athlon XP problem

I was expecting it to include 333FSB(what the processor is supposed to run at)?

Motherboard = Gigabyte GA-7N400-L

333/2 = ~166fsb. It's not a very overclockable mobo if it only goes to 200, but unless you want to go past that then it doesn't really matter.

The processor runs at 200x10 (or alternatively you could run it at 133x15 or 166x12.5 if you've got those multipliers available). AMD wont be able to help much, you'll be wanting to email GB if you do decide to :)

dude... it's your Motherboard i bet you anything.. i had the EXACT same setup.. Gigabyte GA-7N400-L .. with a AMD Athlon XP 3000+.. it was BRAND NEW.. speed read.. 1.29GHz.. i could NEVER get that thing to go higher.. cuz its potential speed is 2.16GHz... so i say its prolly your MoBo!! thats crazy.. cuz i had the EXACT problem u have now! but i said F-it , so i now am building a 64-bit machine. GooD LucK!
