I am planning on updating one more time I currently have an ASRock A780GXE board that I have been pleased with. It has some good features but I would like to have a 790 AM3 ddr3 board. There are alot of boards out there and I am curious who makes the best boards for longevity and being feature rich.

My last 2 builds have been MSI, very quality AMD boards, EVGA is also another one not mentioned, and they're known for their enthusiast perks and BIOS too.

Just avoid ASrock and Biostar basically. Although, Biostar have a few decent boards out, but most are lower quality with poor layouts.

As of right now, Gigabyte and Asus.

Gigabyte. Or ASUS. My last few board have been ASUS but they arent very overclock friendly if you by a low end one.

My favorite mobos right now are Asus boards with Nvidia chip sets. Always have been for a long time even back in the day when I ran Intel chips.
