If you try the second link that DillyMan 2 gave you should be able to find what you are looking for at NewEgg. They still have a number of good motherboards with AGP 8X slots for the socket 939.

i would suggest getting a motherboard with both grafics interfaces :) so, with a 8x AGP and a PCI-E 16x slot ;)
this would leave you the door open to upgrade later, without having to upgrade the whole pc :)

Archangel do you know any motherboards like that? I've never seen or heard of any mobo with both PCI express and AGP, i'd like to find that though. But to the other question, right now i have a 6800 ultra 256, so you can see why i don't really feel like buying a new graphics card:D . But yeah anyone who can post a link to a motherboard with PCI express and AGP slots would be a huge help. Thanks so far you all have been real helpful.

By the looks of it thats exactly the kind of motherboard i was looking for, thanks a bunch. But what exactly does the M2 mean?

M2 is the new AMD socket wich will be released. however, i hardly think it will be worth investing much money into it, because it will be kinda the same as socket 754 was for the AMD64 series ;)

Hey i just noticed that on the memory it says "DDR 400 (PC 3200)" under the DDR Standard part, does this mean that i can only use PC 3200 RAM or could i use something like PC 3500?

3500 in 3200 slots

Yes you can put PC3500 in a PC3200 board but you would be wasting money because it would only run at 3200. Hope that answers your question!!!

If you overclock your FSB your RAM can run at PC3500. But stock it will not. I think some new motherboards can run a higher divider up to DDR500 with the new E revision A64s. I know mine can.

MSI K8N Neo-V [$56] is a good board meeting your requirements

Good idea but then you run into the issue of "jack of all trades, master of none"

Note this is also upgradable to socket M2 so you can keep on top of technology.
It is?

You can use faster. See RAM 101

That is incorrect: my board says PC3200 my ram is currently running PC3700. See RAM101 as well.

That's dead on: E3s and later support greater-than-one divider to natively allow you to upclock the RAM asych :)
