For the general office tasks it won't matter, go buy the need of the other specs such as memory/hdd etc.

I got a Sempron 2800(1.6) in my laptop. It's a great processor! Quite fast, even underclocked at 800MHz

Yea im stuck between 2 laptops, also iv to build durin the summer, so just curious aswell

Deffinetly go with the Sempron 2800+, it is much better than the Celeron M 1.5Ghz. It's also better at gaming, but you wont be doing much of that anyways on that laptop.
