Hi guys

Any comments much appreciated :)

So the long weekend started and Ill be spending most of it turning my current pc (one in my sig) into a home server.

This means ill need to build another personal comp..yay! and ive been looking at building a amd setup for a while.. only prob is ive got a budget of about 800-900 and i noticed the bulldoser's are just around the corner..

So im tossing up between building a amd or intel rig this weekend(leaning towards amd) or would it be worth waiting for the bulldoser cpu's to come out in a few months?

MAtt :D

just in case you havent gone out to buy yet, i'd grab the 2gb 6950, you can easily unlock the card to be a 6970 :)

In my opinion I would go with AMD, the performance it puts out has always been excellent in my opinion, I mean intel is great too, but I have just always gone with AMD

AMDs generally do perforum better in the budget sector. The performance of the 2500k, however, is unbeatable by any current AMD CPU. ;)
