AMD Phenom II 920 Black edition?

I didnt think amd were making a black edition for the 920 and theres nothing about it on google?
Is microdirect wrong?

Not its not a BE. The standard 920 Model number is HDX920XCGIBOX. Same as that one, HDX920XCGIBOX. The 940 is the only unlocked one right now.
