AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition to X4!

If you want a better idea of temps, lock down the core but keep the voltage the same, then stress test at 3.2GHz, it will give a pretty accurate view of what your temperatures will be like. Safe maximum temp for Phenom II X4 chips is 62c on the cores.
 
Thanks. I've been stress testing it at 3 Ghz with stock voltage for a few hours. Seems pretty stable, so i might just leave it there so I don't have to mess with the voltage or worry about temps.

Honestly, taking a Phenon II X3 2.8 Ghz to a X4 3 Ghz is good enough for me. If I get bored I might try to push it some more.
