As far as I know almost all of Intel and AMD's processors are decreasing in price, but i'm not sure how much the FX series is going to decrease. The FX60 and FX57 already decreased alot on Newegg with the introduction of the FX62.Pr0 said:Are the prices going to decrease for the fx processors?

Are you going to pay $1350 for that processor? I didn't think so.Pr0 said:GUYZ CORE 2 Came out Already!! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819115001
Uhhhh... thats odd. Either the Core 2 Duo release date was wrong, or thats just pre-order. I hope it came outPr0 said:GUYZ CORE 2 Came out Already!! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819115001
I think he was referring to that because it looks like its already out, not that he's going to buy it (if you look at his previous post about keeping to socket 939)Bobo said:Are you going to pay $1350 for that processor? I didn't think so.
They always rack up the prices when the first come out. Intel probably released some Core 2 Duo Extremes to retailers so they can try to sell customers that at a much higher price. When Newegg first introduced AM2, they were significantly higher than expected, but soon dropped to around the same price as 939.shadyi said:it should be 999$ !!
