Hey Im in the process of doing my first build and I have a question. THe heatsink provided with the processor (Athlon 3200)...is there thermal paste/grease already on there or do i have to purchase some>???? THanks guys

There is a thermal pad...which will last you. But if you are planning on overclocking then don't use it. Buy some Arctic silver 5 thermal paste.

Yeah, it's got some weird compound on the bottom, but there's no reason you couldn't scrape it off and put some high quality compound on there. That's what I'd typically do.
