How do I know if my quad core is actually running all four cores? Also, how do I know if my processor is running at full 2.4ghz(X)4 power? Some overclockibg instructions would be much appreciated. I have an AMD PHenom 9750 Quad Core 2.4ghz.

If your using Windows, go to the Task Manager and go to the "Performance" tab, you should see 4 graphs on the top to the right of the CPU Usage bar graph.

To find out what speed it's running at, download and run CPU-Z from www.cpuid.org.
 
What bottlenecks are you running into with your system? Are there any programs you run that seem to not be operating at the correct speed?
