AMD Sempron 3000 processor

I had the Sempron 2800+ a while back. It was a great processor, amazing in games. It ran games much better then my P4 3Ghz did.

Bottom line, it's a decent processor, comparable to Celerons. However in games it performs much better then Celerons.
 
I am currently using it, and I love it runs every game out right now fine, with no lag whatsoever, I might also add that it can be overclocked max to 3.7 ghz.

what do the semprons run at? something like 2.2ghz. what sort of cooling do you have?:eek:
 
The world record may be 3.7Ghz, but that doesn't mean you can get it that high on every chip.
 
i hav a semrpon 3400+ the semproins are great value chips that run very well although they are becomind outdated o be careful and yes they are great overclockers got mine from 2ghz to 2.7 ghz on stock coolong
