AMD Turion X2 vs 64 X2

I'm lookin into buying a laptop with an "AMD Turion x2" processor. I'm assuming this is an older version of the 64 processors? The processor they listed it under is the RM-70. Just wanted to know if anyone could give me a little insight on the processor?

Turion are a mobile version of a 64 CPU which uses less power than the desktop equivilent but overall, not a bad CPU from AMD(****ducks and waits for hail of intel users to start firing*****)

the turion is okay

its common in laptops as its cooler and more energy efficient
