AMD Vs Intel

I am using Intel Pentium Processor, But I am only using my PC in games and Browsing internet but mostly in gaming. I can play games sometimes 18hrs/day...I've noticed every long time of gaming, my PC turn to be hang and I hate that thing! somebody said I'm going to shift to another processor, the AMD. but when I ask them why. they can't give me the good answer...that's why I joined to this forum.

What are the difference of two?
why is it AMD is more reliable than Intel? in terms of gaming??

AMD isn't the best solution for gaming anymore. That used to be the case before Intel released their Core 2 Duo processors. Stick with Intel and get yourself a Core 2 Duo.


And welcome to the forum!
 
Your PC hanging when playing game, it could be overheat. Did you monitor the temp. ?
Anyway, intel's C2D/ C2Q series works better than AMD now.
