Amd vs Intel

Replay

I'm using Nvidia on my laptop and i like it (its a mobile card go 7400) i had a GMS 915 on my Toshiba and it was ok but as far as i know ATI is doin very good and i agree with u about AMD and INTEL and i think it is going to happen the same with nVidia and ATI (nVidia is better now for now as far as i know)

Any thing else interesing to talk about?!?!:)

thanks regards

Well I'd say ATI is "better" right now, they have the best card on the market currently in the 4870x2, and they really have a better price:performance ratio than Nvidia. I'm not sure who is doing better statistically, but if I made a build right now I'd almost certainly use an ATI card.

Ok mabye.

Im thinking of geting a new laptop or desktop what u think??? cpu ,gpu, motherboard???

Have u overclocked ur PC??

Thanks regards

Well if you deciede on a desktop than you build it yourself which is by the far the cheapest and most price efficient option.

Laptops are more limited in customization and are typically more expensive.

If you don't need it to be portable (hence the laptop) than I'd say go for a desktop, and buy the parts off of www.newegg.com. If you do go ahead with the desktop, start a thread up asking for part selection and I and other forum members will be glad to help.
