AMD x2 4600+ overclocking

Hi, wondering about the overclocking features I have for the 4600 dual core - like, how hot can it comfortably get, what kind of voltage does it handle, general does and don'ts, etc. I have overclocked it before but I would like to know the details and what I am doing. I am using an ASUS M2N32-SLI deluxe motherboard. It currently runs at about 50 degrees Celsius.

I have a 4200+ dual core oc to about 2.8 stable with stock v.. What type of cooling are you using ? and how far have you oc this Cpu before?
