i got DFI LanParty nForce3 UT and AMD64 3000+ PC3200 512MB XMS Corsair... and i wanna oc... so far i've only OC'd 5% cause i don't know for how much ram could go, right now its 210x10 = 2.1... how far could most 3200rams go?

i currently have mine set to 220X10 and iv'e had it up to 235X10 (would go higher but my PSU wont take it :(

i have my memory timings set to auto and it has them at 3-3-3-6 (3-3-3-8 is stock for mine)
how far it will go im not sure

if you have the cooling for it. but i wold take a few steps (225, 230, atleast) to get there,

quote form another thread i posted in

i have found that mine likes to run higher 235+ when its cold but at my current room temp 15*C (60*F) its not so cold lol

currently at 2200 (220X10) its @24*C Mobo, 40*C CPU loaded

best was 2353 (235X10 1.675Vcore) Idle: 7*C and 9*C mobo/CPU Loaded: 8*C/23*C Mobo/CPU (upped from 2.2 with Clockgen) room temp of ~+3*C

Loading is done with Prime95

HSF is still stock,

i havent taken the time to up the FSB 1MHz at a time to find my absolute max been jumping by 5's, and memory is still all stock, i tried 2.4 but it locked up im thinking its since its trying to run the agp/pci at 80/40Mhz since i dont have a AGP/PCI Lock. Should of went with the Nforce chipset instead of the Via o well

mine runs with a room fan to keep it cool (dont have enough case fans) so do watch the temp eh lol,
as it sits right now its running 26*c mobo temp, 43*C CPU 100%load (F@H folding) with my room temp at 20*C (69*F)

anyways im off to bed gota be at work in 6 hrs

kk i got mine 240*10 = 2.4 ghz but it wasn't as stable i think... so i put it to 235*10 = 2.35ghz at stock voltage. do i have to worry about frying my cpu or something? i got thermaltake venus 12. i chcked my temp using everest, it was about 37*C load i think... everest accurate?

haha thanks, im just not comfortable with everest, cause in my bios it reads differently. in my bios its always 45*C and up. and when i check everest, around 33*C... =/

if your un seure of everest Dl and try Motherboard Montior (Just google MBM5 ) and see how its temps are compaired to your bios and everest

Well i wouldnt trust everest either.

ha, with the help of updating my bios, i think i got it. before i updated bios, i get 45*C and up with the program my mobo cam with. now, it idles about 33*C almost like everest...
Im currenly running @ 2.35 (235*10) at stock voltage around 1.47v temp at 33*C idle and 37*C load. i kno i could higher but im kinda worried about my ram. could my ram go about 260mhz? how could increase my speed/performance?
