An Upgrade to view HD video and moderate gaming?

I have a Geforce FX5200 PCI card. I want to be able to play moderate games (COD2 mainly) at good settings aswell as view video (inc HD) smoothly. I dont want to spend alot.
I have found this card, it is in my price range, any suggestions:

Well what exactly is your budget? I know you said that's in your price range, but what do you not want to go over?
 
HD TV runs at resolutions your video card already supports. Remember monitors run at higher res than TVs. Are you wanting like an HD tuner card so you can run cable tv into your computer and then out the tuner card into your TV?
 
just basically an improvement at a good price, HD video is a bit jumpy when played on my computer at the mo as with cod2
