Android App for computer stats? (Also PSU usage)

[strike]I'm looking for an app that would let me stream real-time data to my Android phone from my computer. You know, things like CPU usage, memory usage, available hard drive space, possibly temperatures and the like. I've been Googling all day, but I can't seem to find one.

Does anyone know of something like this?[/strike]

Also, I was wondering if there was a utility for monitoring in real-time the usage of my PSU. If there's an app for the above question that does the same thing, that would be dandy. I know there are calculators for figuring out wattage, but I would prefer to have a real-time display, or at least something that can tell me what I average at. Any one know of one?

It's called PC Monitor. There is a fee version (Which I got). It works pretty nicely, though I'm still trying to figure out if it can tell me what's up with my graphics card in addition to the motherboard and CPU.

There's a screenshot of it in use on my computer. Definitely worth grabbing if you have an Android phone. I plan on buying the full version eventually.
 
There is nothing like what you want available, simply because there is no data being exchanged between the PSU and the rest of your computer. No way for the power supply to tell your computer how much power is being used.
