Android Apps

To all of you that have a droid phone, which apps do you have installed that you've downloaded yourself and didn't come preinstalled when you first got the phone?

Also, my phone, SE x10i, came with a lot of preinstalled apps on it that I'd sooner see gone. Can anyone recommend a way to remove them? As they aren't showing in the phones own app/software listing with the ability to uninstall them.

Some I have are; barcode scanner, bubble, compass, explorer, google sky map, g-strings, ringdroid, shazam, wireless tether if your not on 2.2+, snesoid, nesoid, gbcoid, solo, labyrinth lite, speedx 3d, 3g watchdog

I use titanium backup to delete built in apps..not sure if it's a rooted only app or not, looking into it. Yeah I think it's required. There should be another way though.
