Android Chrome Browser Changed.

It appears the tabs menu has moved to bottom of page instead of at top with the address bar. Anyone seeing this. Anyway to move it back to top for easier use and space saving at bottom?

See if you can update chrome cause I'm on version 151. If you are running an older phone it may not update.

This change literally happened in last couple weeks. Phone hasn't had any system updates in years.

From google:

Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner, select Settings, tap Address bar, and switch the setting from Top to Bottom (or in your case, bottom to top)
