android market missing apps

I have a zepad from zenethink and the android market installed on it is the official Google android market complete with Google terms of use. A lot of the apps that are in the app store website and other people use and advertise, are not there. There is an account and sync option in settings and i used my gmail account and when i go to the market website it says there aren't any device associated with my account??? Why is this?:confused::confused::confused:

android 2.2 by the way

(and dont yell at me for not spending the extra $500 to buy an ipad)

Not all Android tablets have a full Android market. You have to do a simple root to get the full app. Should be able to Google it.

I have an Android phone on Verizon and know that certain apps are blocked by them in the Market. Could be a similar situation in your case.

Often, if you go to the developer's website for an app, you can download the .apk file for the app. Once you download the .apk to your phone, it can be installed from the phone.

I'm not gonna root because i did look at the roots and about 75% of people who rooted had major problems. And they may be blocked for causing it to crash (as you probably know this tablet isn't the best with low ram and processor specs)

ok this confuses me... market.android.com shows all the apps i downloaded on my tablet, but it still said i have no devices and won't let me download anything from the website???

You have to use same gmail address that you download apps on the market for log-in to market using other devises.
