android tablet won't acuate. It's an no. 5 Urulu

I clicked on talkback and now when I click on settings I just get that green square around the settings.
the tablet seems to be dead. I was wondering if I clicked on reboot maybe it would clear that up.
But maybe I'd lose some things by doing that. Any help would be appreciated

Pretty sure with Talkback you need to use two fingers to do what you'd normally do with one, meaning touch with two fingers at a time in order to select stuff or scroll. So you'll need to go into settings and turn off talk back. One finger will only give you the box around stuff and not actually select it.

Thanks Darren,I got back to settings finally and to accessibilities and finally to turn off talkback. The ok I needed to click on
wouldn't activate.I must have clicked on to it 100 times.Why that was I will never know.Now we're working OK.
